Our methodology is designed to provide organizations with an in-depth picture of employees’ career and leadership potential. It evaluates the individual’s ability to move up in the organization and to emerge as an effective leader.

Rather than reducing the potential to a single score or personality profile, we provide a detailed report highlighting candidates’ strengths and weaknesses as well as how they can best develop their maximum potential. We provide development programs for individuals in the form of coaching programs and programs for cohorts that include yearlong programs with quarterly classroom sessions, monthly coaching, stakeholder involvement, and co-created development plans.
